Eric LAMARQUE is Professor and Director of the
Sorbonne Business School
He completed his PhD from Symbiosis International and is also NET & SET qualified. He is
currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Accountancy & Finance) at the Indian Institute of
Management Sambalpur.
He brings a wealth of expertise in teaching specialised finance subjects, seamlessly
blending theoretical knowledge with real-world applications to foster a comprehensive
understanding among students. As a personification of the same, he was bestowed with the honour of
“Best Faculty” by NMIMS in 2022.
He continues to serve as an expert in the BOS (Board of Studies) for institutions. His
case study on dividend decision has been categorised as a “Bestseller” by Harvard.
Dr Diwahar Nadar's expertise lies in the areas of Dividend Decision, Mergers and
Acquisitions, Financial Statement Analysis, Quality Investing and Health care financing, amongst
others.
Dr Nishi Malhotra has completed her Ph.D. in Finance from IIM Kozhikode and currently Assistant
Professor, Finance, Accounting & Control, IIM Sambalpur. She has previous accomplishments such as
an MBA from MDI Gurgaon, B Com (Hons) from Sri Ram College of Commerce, and an MCOM from IGNOU.
Moreover, she has undertaken courses in financial markets from the Bombay Stock Exchange and
corporate finance from Coursera to further enhance her expertise. She has also worked as AGM with
Omaxe LTD, DGM PME Power Solutions Ltd , Senior Consultant Ernst n Young and
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in area of digital transformation and implementation of IT software
systems
During her academic career, she had the privilege of teaching Financial Accounting,
Digital Finance, and other finance-related subjects at esteemed institutions such as OP Jindal
Global University, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Dr DY Patil Vidyapeeth, Banasthali
Vidyapeeth, and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
In the industry, she has accumulated over 10 years of invaluable experience, holding
pivotal positions such as AGM MIS, DGM Corporate Planning, and Senior Consultant with renowned
firms including Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and IFCI Limited. She has also
contributed to the academic world by publishing over 12 research papers in ABDC B, Q2, and
Scopus-indexed journals, with several of them earning best paper award at several national &
international conferences. Adding to this, she has authored various books on microfinance with
Emerald Publishing. She has qualified her UGC NET in Commerce.
Dr. Sangita Choudhary holds a PhD in Finance. She is a Science graduate and has completed her MBA from University of Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France. She teaches courses in Finance, for doctoral and post graduate programs at IIM Sambalpur. Before joining IIM Sambalpur she was working as a full-time faculty in the finance area at Jaipuria Institute of Management Jaipur. She is an active researcher and has several publications in nationally and internationally reputed journals. Her research interests are in the areas of Asset Pricing, Behavioral Finance, Corporate Finance, Investments and Portfolio Management, Earnings Management, Causality and Volatility in Financial Markets and Sustainable Business Operations. She is also a reviewer of research papers in several reputed journals published by Elsevier, SAGE, Emerald, Springer.
Dr. Rahul Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the area of Information Systems at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur. Prior to this, he was at the Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB) in the Decision Science area. There, he was Joint Coordinator for the Executive MBA program in Business Analytics. He holds his doctorate (FPM) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi. Post PhD, he had a brief stint at Industry as an Analytics Consultant at Infosys Consulting. By background he is an engineer from BIT Mesra, Ranchi. Prior to joining IIM Ranchi as a doctoral scholar, he was working as a Manager at Jusco Pvt Ltd., A TATA STEEL Subsidiary.
Dr. Rahul Kumar is an Assistant Professor specializing in Accounting and Finance at the esteemed Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur. He earned his Ph.D. in Finance from the renowned Indian Institute of Management Ranchi. Prior to this, he completed his MBA from Banaras Hindu University and his bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University, New Delhi. In 2018, Dr. Rahul qualified for his UGC – NET (JRF) in the field of Management and Commerce. With a passion for research, Dr. Rahul is actively engaged in scholarly endeavors and has numerous publications in both national and international journals of high repute. He is a distinguished member of the British Association of Accounting and Finance (BAFA) and the British Academy of Management (BAM). Dr. Rahul's research interests span a wide spectrum including Derivatives, Financial Markets, Corporate Finance, Investments and Portfolio Management, and Corporate Restructuring. He also serves as a diligent reviewer for esteemed journals such as Finance Research Letters, International Review of Financial Analysis, among others.
Siddharth is an Assistant Professor in the Information Systems Management area at Indian Institute
of Management Sambalpur. He has earlier worked at other educational institutions such as Indian
Institute of Management Amritsar and T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal post his Ph.D.
Before entering academia, he has worked for nearly six years as a salesforce.com CRM consultant
with Deloitte Consulting, Standard and Poor’s Capital IQ, and independently. He has interned at
Steel Authority of India Limited and Goldman Sachs during his graduation.
Siddharth completed his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi and his Ph.D. in Information Systems and
Business Analytics from Indian Institute of Management Ranchi with a thesis titled Essays on
Information Technology-enabled Dynamic Capabilities.
Siddharth teaches courses such as Information Systems, IT Consulting and Business
Analysis, Emerging Technologies, Visual Analytics, Fundamentals of Blockchain Technology,
Databases and Data Warehousing, and E-Commerce in the MBA, Executive MBA, PhD, as well as
Management Development Programmes (MDPs).
As a researcher, Siddharth is broadly interested in the role of information technologies
in helping managers and organizations gain value. He has published in leading management journals
as well as leading academic conferences, and serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for several journals and
academic conferences.

The MBA in FinTech Management by IIM Sambalpur Program Fee is Rs. 10,05,000/- (Rupees Ten lakh ten thousand only) Pay to IIM Sambalpur. MBA in Financial Management from Sorbonne Business School, Paris Program fee is EURO 8,000. The Institute offers term-wise course structure and accordingly the term-wise fee is payable before the commencement of a term as below.
A candidate receiving admission offer from IIM Sambalpur has to pay an offer acceptance amount ofRs.50,000/- within the stipulate date. If a candidate accepts the admission offer for the program, his/her offer acceptance amount will be adjusted against SEMESTER I Fee.

Campus immersion is a crucial part of the program experience, which requires learners to attend activities and sessions on the IIM Sambalpur campus for three days during the program. Attending the campus immersion is mandatory to earn the program, Degree.
Participant will have the opportunity to experience a live classroom environment where they can meet and learn from esteemed faculty at IIM Sambalpur, participate in peer learning, and engage in presentations and project work.
